Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 September 2026
By using Levelwatch (“the app”), published by Xaras Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.
The service
Levelwatch displays reservoir data published by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and estimates the slack in your dock lines from the dock geometry you enter.
Not a safety system
Levelwatch is an informational aid, not a safety or monitoring system.
- Lake data comes from TVA and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
- Forecast elevations are predictions and routinely differ from what happens.
- Slack figures are geometric estimates from the numbers you enter. They do not account for line stretch, wind, wake, ice, hardware condition, or anything else acting on your dock.
Always inspect your dock and lines yourself. Do not rely on Levelwatch as the sole basis for any decision about your dock, your boat, or anyone’s safety. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xaras Holdings LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend accounts used to abuse or disrupt the service.
Subscriptions
Levelwatch Premium unlocks the dock slack calculator. Lake level viewing is free.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account at the price and interval shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, resell, or interfere with the service or its backend.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the app will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
